Cable rated voltage: 6/10kV
The long-term allowable operating temperature of the cable conductor is 90°C. The maximum temperature of the cable conductor during a short circuit does not exceed 250°C and the duration does not exceed 5 seconds.
Cables should be fixedly laid in cable trays, cable ducts, cable trenches and cable tunnels. It is recommended for cable laying that the bending radius should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.
The minimum ambient temperature for cable use: -15°C.
Minimum laying temperature of cables: 0℃. Preheating should be performed when the laying temperature is lower than the laying temperature.
Normal service life: 40 years.
Burning performance of cables: The finished cable passes the bundled cable burning test specified in GB/T18380.
The cable can pass the smoke density test requirements specified in GB/T17651.
The insulation material and sheath material of the cable are tested in accordance with the GB/T17650 standard. The PH value is not less than 4.3 and the conductivity is less than 10 μs/mm.
Cumulative dose of y-ray irradiation: 70℃, 85Mrad, able to withstand accident LOCA working conditions.
Electrical properties:
1.Conductor DC resistance complies with GB/T3956.
2. Partial discharge test: Apply 1.73U0 AC voltage, and the test sensitivity should be 10pC or better.
3. AC voltage test: Apply 3.5U0 AC voltage for 5 minutes. There should be no breakdown of the insulation.
