Product Description
Application:
Low voltage XLPE insulated (flame retardant)(fire resistant)power cables are suitable for transmission and distribution system with rated voltage of 0.6/1kV.
Standard:
The performance of Low voltage XLPE insulated (flame retardant)(fire resistant)power cables are in accordance with GB/T12706-2020、GB/T 19666-2019、IEC605021:2021。
Upon request,LV XLPE insulated power cables can also be designed and supplied according to other international or national standards(eg BS5467,BS6724,BS7846,AS/NZS 5000.1,etc.).
Operation Condition:
The permitted long-term operating temperature of conductor is 90 ℃
The short circuit temperature is≤250℃ and duration ≤5S.
The minimum bending radius during installation:
-Single core cable without armor ≥20 times the overall diameter of cable
-Single core cable with armor ≥15 times the overall diameter of cable
-Multi-core cable without armor ≥15 times the overall diameter of cable
-Multi-core cable with armor ≥12 times the overall diameter of cable
Cable shall be preheated before laying while the ambient temperature is below 0℃
Rated voltage:Uo/U=0.6/1kV Um=1.2kV
Test voltage:3.5kV/5min.
1)National standard GB/T6995.5 Color identification of insulated wire core:
-1 core:yellow
-2 cores:red,blue
-3 cores:yellow,green,red
-4 cores (including 3+1 cores):yellow,green,red,blue
-5 cores (including 4+1 cores and 3+2 cores):yellow,green,red,blue,black
2)Insulation core color identification as per IEC 60446,BS7671,HD308 S2 standard: -1 Core:natural color,or brown,or black,or according to customer requirements
-2 cores:Brown,black
-3 cores:Brown,black,gray;Or brown,blue,yellow /Green
-4 cores (including 3+1 cores):Brown,black,gray,blue;Or brown,black,gray,yellow /Green -5 cores (including 4+1 cores and 3+2 cores):Brown,black,gray,blue,yellow /Green

2.The fire-resistant code in the type is "N",for example:Z*N-YJV,the name is copper core XLPE insulated PVC sheath flame retardant and fire resistant power cable.
3.If there is "R"in the type denotes class 5 flexible conductor,such as Z*-YJRV,and the name is copper core XLPE insulated PVC sheathed flexible power cable.
